"Don't worry, Mattie. I'll get that German bastard for breaking up with you, I promise."
Madeline Williams leaned into her brother's shoulder and smiled briefly, still sniffling. "You don't have to do that for me, Al. Gilbert didn't really do anything-"
"Are you kidding? He hurt you!" Alfred shouted angrily. "No one hurts my sister and gets away with it! I oughta-"
"Al. It's fine." Mattie pulled her brother's jacket closer around her sides. "He broke my heart, but... At least I'm a swinging single now, right?" Her violet eyes crinkled up in a bittersweet smile.
"Mattie..." Alfred's worried blue eyes were focused on her. "Did you and him... Do anything?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean... Did he and you..." Alfred bit his lip and trailed off.
It took a second for Mattie to realize what he was talking about, but her eyes widened in recognition as soon as she had. "Oh! That? Yeah, once. After the Holly Ball in the back of his car."
"That bastard took your virginity! No one takes my sister's virginity without my consent!" Alfred tried to stand up, but Mattie grabbed his arm quickly before he could go anywhere.
"Al, I wanted it! He didn't, he didn't force me or anything! I mean, it was kind of boring, but he didn't make me do anything I didn't want to do!"
Alfred reluctantly sat down on the bed again, slipping an arm around her. "I still don't like it." They sat in silence for a while, Mattie's breathing slowly becoming regular. After a while, Alfred glanced down at her. "Mattie?"
"Yeah?"
"What was it like?"
"It was pretty good, I guess. You and Ivanka probably did it better," Mattie said, sighing. "You're better at everything."
Alfred shook his head. "Actually, when we were dating, we never..."
Mattie stared at him. "Seriously? The captain of the football team has never slept with anyone? I mean, unless Alanna..."
Alfred laughed. "No, she never let me anywhere near her panties while we were dating. So yeah," he said, a blush creeping into his cheeks. "I guess... I guess I haven't done that with anyone. I'm waiting for the right person, you know?"
"I never would have guessed it," Mattie said quietly, staring away. "I've had more sex than the most popular guy in school."
"What's it like?" Alfred asked nervously, after a beat.
"It was... Kind of fun. It hurt for a little while, but after that it felt kind of nice. Gilbert was way more into it than I was. I think he didn't really care about how I felt." Her light gold hair fell in front of her face again, and she sniffled faintly. Alfred rubbed his hand up and down her arm.
"You deserve better." It came out fiercer than Alfred was planning, but when he saw the smile reappear on Mattie's face he couldn't bring himself to regret it. She sniffled again.
"I wish I could find a guy like you, Alfred. You actually care about how I feel. I mean, if I could find someone who cared like that to, to do it with, maybe it would be better."
"I mean... I'm here for you."
"Wait, what?"
"You're more experienced than I am," Alfred stuttered nervously, "So maybe you could show me what feels good for you. And that way I could lose my virginity to someone I know cares about me, instead of having to worry about doing it with the wrong person, you know?"
"Al, are you asking me to sleep with you?"
"I... I guess I am."
Mattie turned and flat out stared at him, her mouth an O of surprise. Alfred looked down. "But if you don't want to... I mean, I know that's kinda weird, I just thought it would be nice to get it over ahead of time."
Mattie was suddenly glad that her hair was covering her face; it meant that Alfred couldn't tell how much she was blushing. "I mean, if you're fine with it..."
His hand slipped around her waist and finally landed on her other hand. With his right arm he turned her around so that they were facing each other. Mattie was gratified to see that he was blushing just as much as she was. "Do you trust me?"
She nodded mutely. They stayed there for a few more seconds, and then slowly, jerkily, he moved in for a kiss.

*phew* I don't usually ship US/Can but this got in my head and wouldn't get out. Hope the incest isn't too squicky for OP.

Veyr cute start to the fill!
Anon only has one issue. They both seem very accepting right away. There's no "Wait, you're my brother/sister!" going on, maybe you have a plan for that, but it seems odd that they don't squick at all about the idea. They must have some concept of the idea that it's wrong.
Still! Interested to see where you take it, anon ^^

Sorry, this was a drabble so I had to cut out a lot of the stuff I had planned...
I was trying to imply that they both have kind of an awkward crush on one another, but thought the other person didn't return it because, you know, incest. So neither of them really wants to complain because this is the only time they'll ever get to act on their feelings. In the stuff I had to cut out, I had a LOT more incest-guilt, exploring their previous relationship, etc, but I had to cut the second half of what I wrote for space... Sorry! ^^;

This is so sweet! Awwww I have a weak spot for close, fluffy, caring sibling relationships and I adore USA/Canada. But this is a new and surprising but nice twist on the usual, with femCanada (I don't think I've seen this before) and them actually being attracted to each other despite being siblings in a realistic context.
I love how you wrote both so shy and caring/delicate toward the other, not wanting to hurt the other. And AWWW they tried dating other people, but still they feel the strongest about each other! ALFRED LMAO, what a awkward, shy, awesome-tastic suggestion! Awww he's saving himself for a special person his sister?!!? and LMAO at Canada who couldn't resist it and actually agreed.
This is going to be either so cracky or so sweet, but I'm gonna love it. :D WOW This fill is gonna blow me away! so yummy
