I tried. It's immature, stupid, and has no relation to current political situations, but it's hilarious. Taken from "How I Met Your Mother"

It was yet another boring meeting. Germany had the floor - yet again - and was talking monotonously about some problem or another.
"...and that should cover all the necessities about offering aid to the Philippines and Samoa. Onto the next big issue - mainly aimed at Europe - the problem of Corporal Punishment."
America glanced over at Russia. Their eyes met for a brief second before paying attention to Germany again.
"Now, most of us have banned Corporal Punishment outright, but there are still a few of you who refuse to." Germany continued, not looking up over the page.
America glanced at Russia again. Again, their eyes met, but this time, they were smirking.
"France, I would like to bring it to light with you, as you have yet to ban Corporal Punishment in schools and the home. Have you even thought about what this does to your youth?" Germany looked over at France as he was speaking.
America and Russia smothered their laughter - coming out as small, soft chuckles.
"Well, it sees to do our worst students a lot of good," France said, leaning forward. "How else would you control the worst of troublemakers without the cane? Once the young realize that they cannot get the cane, or the rod, or the belt for whatever ill-doings they committed, they will become harder to control."
Germany almost growled, "But this is becoming a major problem! You need-"
Germany was cut of by the most unusual of things.
Laughter.
From America and Russia.
And not the sort that comes with mocking a bad idea (and the occasional good one), but deep-chested, roaring laughter.
"What is this interruption?!" Germany shouted. America and Russia contained their laughter for a second, only to call out (complete with salutes):
"Major Problem! Corporal Punishment!"
Before their laughter started again, with America banging on the table.
Australia sighed before standing, "I think this meeting has been going on long enough. Lets get out of here, before the nuthouse gets called on these two."
Everyone filed out, leaving a chuckling, tear-stained Russia and America on their own.
"Aah, I think we caused a major catastrophe there," Russia said, almost offhandedly.
