Revenge is...Sweet (Rus/Am)

It's the 70's. America's boss tells him he needs to make nice with Russia to try and get some information out of him. America with his infinite wisdom, and having watched one too many spy movies immediately thinks that seducing Russia is the best possible way to go about this. Problem is he's really not all that experienced sexually and really not experienced at all when it comes to seduction. So when he meets up with Russia to make his attempt he flails around rather badly causing Russia to be highly amused and then he proceeds to show America exactly how it's done. Getting America all hot and bothered and ready and then laughing, patting on him on the head and sending him out the door without getting anything (in all senses of the word).
Cue 30 years later and America is still extremely bitter about the whole thing. So when his new boss tells him to play nice in order to smooth the process of the two countries strengthening political relationship along he decides to use it as an opportunity for revenge, even though he knows that's not what his boss was asking for and will probably make things worse. Only problem is he's still not all the experienced (hey...he's been...uh...busy) and hasn't tried to seduce anyone since he failed so horribly. So in order to calm his nerves he partakes in a little liquid courage only he takes a bit too much and when Russia offers him a glass of vodka in his hotel room it puts him over the line and he passes out. He wakes to find himself stripped to his boxers in Russia's bed...Russia again shows him how it's *supposed* to be done only this time...he doesn't stop.
