When all points of discussion had been reached and all information had been shared, Columbia called the meeting to an end.
"All right, see you guys next month!" he said with a smile, getting up to leave. The others did the same and as they neared the door, Columbia heard Polonia mutter to Svea, "Like, this meeting and the world meeting on the same day? I am soo tired." he said, with extra emphasis on the 'so.'
"What world meeting?" asked Columbia, loudly, not caring that Polonia's comment had been meant solely for Svea's ears. As all the other devils avoided his eyes Columbia started to get suspicious.
"Hey, you guys aren't in another club without me, are you?" the forked-tailed devil asked eyes narrowing.
" 'Course nah." said Svea, looking him in the eyes. His face not even twitching.
Well, he looked like he was telling the truth. Still...
"Whatever." said Columbia shaking his head, turning around and continuing out the door.
Polonia, frowned and turned to Svea.
"He like, really doesn't know, does he?"
Svea shook his head in response, and as Polonia shook his own head with a sigh at the separation of self Columbia possessed, he passed through the door, and back to his real life, his other life. To the unknowing Poland, who was for reasons he didn't know, suddenly very tired, and as he got into bed and began to fall asleep, he deeply felt that emptiness that he always felt as all thoughts left his brain.
-------------------------End Chapter 1 - Next time: The World Meeting! Sorry that took so long. Actually, I hate this chapter... Too much exposition, even writing it was... slow. Sorry if it drags too much. Anyway, a few inklings of plot appear and I promise that Plot will be more prominent from this point on. Critiques are welcome. And SORRY ARTIST!ANON. I went with the description I had already written because I am lazy ;-; Forgive me?
Oh, as a side note, in this universe world meetings last for about a week. And Uri nara mansae, which Korea shouts is taken from his strip series and means something like "Our land forever!" Thanks.
