Why This Must Be Read: What it says on the tin. "The Office" did a good job for a while of hinting at why Kelly and Ryan might stay together, in spite of his not actually being anything she wants and vice versa. Obviously, that fell apart in later seasons, but this fic does a nice job of expanding on one of the wackier couples in canon--everyone's totally in character, yet there's a nice happy ending here.
