Why This Must Be Read: I actually thought the bit at the end of 2x22 with Sam and Mercedes was pretty cute. I also thought this fic, recounting a date of theirs over the summer, was pretty cute. It's just the two of them, in character and happy and without much fanfare. (The authors also have a whole bunch of Kurt/Blaine fics if that's your thing.) Enjoy!
