Why This Must Be Read: The stories takes place in an alternate universe where Sam and Jo grew up knowing each other. The author made me squee when he wrote wee!Sam and wee!Jo. Sam and Jo's relationship is pretty solid in the fics and Jo is pretty strong and determined without coming off as a Mary-Sue. Lint is brilliant when it comes to character and relationship developments. Sam is pretty much married to Jo in these fic :D. You should read the stories if for nothing but the endings (especially the ending of 'Hey there, Bluebird'). Trust me, it'll pay off :).
