Why This Must Be Read: In a fusion universe where Darcy Lewis was once a student of Charles Xavier, Merideath shows us a Darcy navigating complex emotional waters, both as a mutant passing as human, and a demisexual woman poised on the edge of adding a sexual dimension to her most significant relationship. Funny, romantic, achingly human, and ultimately, deliciously erotic. Why This Must Be Read: Darcy Lewis has long been a favourite of mine, as has this author. I have no idea why it took me so long to get around to reading this story; it is hilarious, action packed and pulls at the heartstrings all the way through. After her initial interactions with Coulson and the Avengers, Darcy opts for the quiet life by assuming a new identity - a waitress called Max Black. Unfortunately, her old life wasn't quite done with her yet.

Pure hilarity as Darcy, Bucky, Natasha and Steve embark on the mother of all roadtrips.
