Husband said that this weekend marked the first anniversary of my 29th birthday. Well put. So I'm guessing I'll be celebrating that for a few years. Then I'll work my way backwards.
I had a lovely party and was shown much generosity by many folks. My house got clean and my hair got cut and I got Thai food, so all was well. Husband did a very good job this year, too, and my freaking out was kept to a minimum. Things are good on all fronts and this weeks is a shorty for the holiday, which is nice too. No complaints is not a bad way to start a new year, I'd say.
