It's Beginning to Look Alot Like an Odd Christmas

Why does everything go wrong when you can least afford it? What's that? Something called Murphy's Law? Oh, right. That. So, after years of loyal service, the hot water heater finally decided to pass on. Won't be able to get one until, what, February or something. Maybe mid January if I'm lucky. At least it's a small breed, and therefore, has a small stomach. I've seen a Lab hock up what must have been six or eight pounds of deer meat. Never have I been so glad to not be the one currently in charge of the dogs (ours and a friends, it was the friends' dog who was sick) as I was that day.

A Happy Holidays to you. May the troublesome Murphy's Law leave us all alone for a while. And here's to your water heater getting fixed sooner than later.

Still, he did get sick twice and you'd be surprised how much they can pack in there. Something I didn't notice until I tried to sit in front of one of the other heat ducts. I was more worried that the Sheppard (Fenris) was gonna be the one to get sick since he's the one with food allergies, and by the looks of the mess he was the one to eat most of it. The beagle (Herne) is part garbage disposal so I didn't have to worry about him. Also, it could have been much, much worse. At least it didn't come out the other end as goopy liquid; the main reason I got rid of the carpet in the kitchen.

Happy Holidays and may your art be better and flow easier than in the previous year. Been living with Murphy's Law for a while now so I'm, unfortunately, getting use to it.

Not too surprised, some of them give the illusion that they're nothing but stomach. But then, the messes always seem more than they usually are.

Thankies, more art is coming soon. And Murphy's Law needs to take a break sooner or later, no matter how much it can latch on to certain people.
