Gameplan v. ?.?
It looks like everyone is posting their life plans on this here thang, so I suppose I should follow suit.
Feb '03-May '03--Student Teaching
That is basically what I have right now.
I have multiple goals and five (more or less) year plans.
I am thinging about going to bartending school, bartending for a year, and working on my second BA in philosophy. This could take me a year (possibly less) going part time.
I am also considering substitute teaching as I work on my second BA.
I may just take a teaching job in the area and live in thc city, I may even teach there as well. Yes, against all advice- I MAY TEACH IN THE CHICAGO PUBLIC SCHOOLS! I will either work on another BA or my MA at this time.
It is also under consideration to teach abroad. There are multiple programs to do this in Japan or Italy, as well as Korea (which I really don't feel would be a good idea).
The ultimate goal I suppose is to not live with my P's and own my own keep. I see people all the time who never leave their parents' basements (metaphorical) and is makes me ill. Not that I am pissed at these people, but they depress the hell out of me.
I suppose its not a bad thing to have too many goals, but then again I am having a hard time deciding where I want to take the next few years of my life.

PS, I made Dean's List last semester taking the heavy schedule that the advisor told us never to take
