I haven't gotten around to writing any of the several things I've considered and then dismissed posting in this place. However, since a few of you have done this meme and I was thinking what my answers would have been anyway, I figured I might share them after all.
Do you like the person you are becoming?
I don’t think I’m becoming anyone. I hope to start becoming again in the next year.
Do you currently find yourself to look cute?
Never have. Not ugly, just wouldn’t use the word “cute.”
What do you want for Christmas/or your next birthday?
To be living in the state where I should have been born, independent and alive.
Are you okay with making a total fool of yourself?
I must be, I do it a lot.
What song is stuck in your head?
Something from the soundtrack of Disturbia, which I’m sort of not-watching on cable at the moment.
Are you obnoxious?
I have my moments.
Do you know all of the words to every single Brand New song in creation?
I’ve heard of them, but I don’t know if I’ve ever heard them. So, no.
Can you name one song by the Beatles?
“Why Don’t We Do It in the Road?” ;) How about “Come Together”? Guess you could say one follows the other.
Are you regretting something now?
Always.
Do lectures bore you?
Not as a rule. Depends on the topic and the lecturer.
Did anybody ever call you beautiful?
A few people, but never the right one at the right time.
What is the nearest book to you called?
Oddly enough...Brokeback Mountain: Story to Screenplay is sitting on my bed next to me as I type this. I’m using it as a hard surface for my USB trackball.
Are you passive or aggressive?
Mostly passive, but again, I have my moments. Especially while driving.
Ever seen a ghost?
Not that I know of.
A place you’ve lived that you miss?
I didn’t live there, but I stayed in New Orleans a few times many years back, well before Katrina. If not for the oppressive humidity of the Gulf, it would have been my ideal home.
Person that you miss?
My best friend, whom I never did call on his birthday. My other friend, whom I haven’t spoken with in over 3 years now. My online best friend, whom I really owe not only an apology but some serious talk time. And yeah, though I didn’t know him, I still miss Heath every day.
Someone you need?
Did somebody mention Jake Gyllenhaal? ;) I guess I’ll have to settle for the as-yet-unmet man who can make me forget about Jake. He’ll have the advantage of actually being in my life, so it won’t be as difficult as it sounds.
Wanna have kids before you’re 30?
Too late now if I did, but no. Never did, but I might yet change my mind.
A memory from secondary school?
Hmmm...randomly...standing in the front of the auditorium during some kind of break in stagecraft class, watching and listening as Dean Laber played his guitar without an amp, pretty much for an audience of me. I know he didn’t do it out of any interest in me personally--but it felt good.
Ever have a crush on one of your parents’ friends?
Uhh, no.
Something you’ve always wanted to learn how to do?
Speak another language. I’ve taken years of Spanish in school and still can’t do more than pick out individual words here and there.

Cheese omelet and Smart Bacon.

Nope. I like the idea of a tattoo, but I’d have to be damn certain what I wanted to go through with it, and I’m not up to the commitment.

Boys in general.

Sat around reading, then celebrated my mother’s birthday with my dad, sis, bro-in-law and nephew.

My head. Got a pinchy neck/shoulders thing going that’s threatening to turn into a migraine.
What gets in your way of your sleeping?
My cat coming into my bedroom at 4 am and sticking his paw in my face until I throw him out.
What annoys you most about myspace?
Its existence? Seriously, I even have one that I never use, just so I could give my online friends the “benefit” of my “friendship.” It’s no sweat for me, I just don’t see the appeal, is all.
