I'm still trying to recover from the Virus from Hell (acquired, ironically enough, from a fellow "early voter" over a week ago) so I don't have the energy to rant right now, but at a brief scan, it looks like this article explains the situation effectively.
Nevertheless, I can't suppress a smile this morning. Maybe it's too optimistic of me, but I'm going to see it as a reason to hope. Baby steps, right?
