earlier i realized that i've had this journal for about a year
so i figured the occasion merited some kind of update.

random thoughts/observations:

- my cuticles are still stained red from picking strawberries the other day.
- finished white oleander weeks ago. i'm now halfway through girl with a pearl earring.
- these days i wonder if jed is lying in a gutter somewhere in detroit.
- spoke with the manager at the fresh market. yeah. we'll see.
- managed to comes across a björk single i'd been looking for at borders the other night.
- gilmore girls is a surprisingly tolerable show. yeah. i watched.
- six feet under is everything i thought it would be. i'm addicted.
- god i watch a lot of television.
- i haven't shaved in a few days. it's kind of rugged/gross.
- kim sent me the greatest package a few weeks ago and i am
just now mentioning it (!?)
- this song/medley makes me want to live in a piano bar and drink cocktails
with beautiful and vivacious people.
- someone seduce me.
- it's thundering outside. this is going to be a good summer. i can feel it.
