A blender will be required.

1. Put the crushed ice into a blender, followed by all the remaining ingredients except the matcha powder. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes or until all of the ice is incorporated.
2. Pour the cocktail into brandy snifters and dust with a touch of matcha powder. Serve immediately.
