Thanks for sharing. I miss etwas Deutsch zu sprechen, and once in a while throw a phrase or two at my wife, which results primarily in irritation. Soon after we were married, we spent a few days in each of the 3 German-speaking countries. I have to admit that CH was and still is my favorite - I think there's just a little too much ordnung for me in DE.
