First day of classes went by easily. I started the morning with a good run mit Herr Berwald, which was both healthy and enjoyable. I know he is a quiet man but his mind was obviously muddled with these thoughts of his crush. I have read in his journal comments from some stating he is being creepy. I have to admit, in his situation, I would do what he is doing. Thankfully, I am not in his situation and have a sturdy relationship with Feliciano. Unfortunately, I believe I've seen Feli's volatile bruder about. I must keep a sharp eye.
The only homework I have not yet finished is for Trig, which I am working on as I type this. I would normally have all of my work done before bed but Kaiser was far too energetic last night. I fear Feli's rubbing off on my dog. I had to take Kaiser out for a run so he may release his pent up energy, which almost made me miss curfew. I must find a way to keep him entertained and active without my direct involvement. I will see if there is a good book on dog training in the library later today.
I can report that I have not seen Herr Francis do anything particularly different from anyone else in Home Economics. He moves around a lot and seems able to flip a pan with weak wrists, but he is constantly chattering and flirting with everyone. I have yet to see why he is the star student in that class. I believe our professor must have a high tolerance for lack of discipline.
I will be meeting Herr Berwald again for a run, if he permits mein company. I am anxious to train for the upcoming first track meet.
