Results were not as wonderful as I'd hoped. I started in the living room (bonus points to miranda_rae for the correct guess) by rehanging the blinds (bonus to nz_bonjovi_gal). My logic here was simple: I needed to get the noisy chores done before the studying and rehanging the blinds involved the power drill. The plan was to find the floors and vacuum (again, because of noise). While I made decent headway on finding the floor, I didn't find enough to justify powering up the vacuum. I did clean the catbox and put away the clean laundry (which wasn't on the list), but the primary attack was on the living room floor. It involved breaking out the shredder and clearing a lot of litter (not catbox sand... the other kind). Sadly, I got distracted before the task was finished. The source of the distraction was the desk, which I figured to clean for study purposes, but that didn't go quite as planned either.

After T got home, I figured that I'd do dishes, go grocery shopping and do my other running about, and wash the sheets and towels (if time allows). Instead, I resynced her iPod (adding some 121 tracks), washed the dishes I needed to cook dinner, cooked dinner, and settled down to movies with dinner and a bottle of wine. And now, I'm watching some History Channel thing about the Battle of Thermopylae (sponsored in part by the movie 300, about the same battle). It's really making me want to play Civ as the Greeks. Or the Persians.

So, of the lists, I:
- rehung the blinds
- cleaned the catbox
- watched movies

Too many of the other tasks involved leaving the house, and I just wasn't as up for that as I thought. Maybe if T had asked, but I guess I wasn't loud enough.

Plan for tomorrow:

- Take out the trash
- Drop off the mail
- Grocery shopping
- Buy new kneepads and gloves

And I plan to do all that before work. Wish me luck.
