Sometimes, he did realise that occasions such as going to a park were deserving of more casual clothing, but his wardrobe was sparse on things like simple sweaters. So there he was, Shelly de Killer, strolling around in a suit and a tie. He knew that any attempts to make himself blend in by means of more common clothes would be rendered useless by his pesky scar, anyway. The blasted thing had nearly been his downfall on more than one occasion

It was very fortunate that Shelly de Killer was easy to spot, but then again they were in a somewhat deserved park where two people trying to find each other wouldn’t be a matter of rocket science. In fact, no sooner had Shelly begun to approach him did Klavier notice him instantly. He wasn’t exactly subtle, this guy, what with his very unique appearance and his scar. The bi-colored hair, monocle and style of dress only served to enhance his appearance further. Yes, it wasn’t too difficult to spot Shelly de Killer and he approached him right away, tucking the folder tightly under one arm. Taking a deep breath and standing up straight Klavier helped to breech the distance, taking a few long strides towards Shelly.
“Prosecutor Klavier Gavin…and you must be…” Klavier thought of his choice of words carefully before speaking. He was going to say Shelly de Killer, but you never knew who could be listening, “Herr John Doe, ja?”
One corner of his mouth jerked up at Klavier's chosen way to address him. Good. So far, Shelly had no reason to believe that this prosecutor would be troublesome in any way.
"Yes," he said, offering his hand to him - perhaps a handshake would make the clearly tense man a bit more comfortable. Smiling politely, he added, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Prosecutor."
He glanced at the folder, now held not quite as awkwardly as before, and murmured, "May I suggest that you be more subtle next time you meet someone like this? Carrying such things in plain view makes you stand out." And with a smile more melancholic than before, "Not that I am one to speak about standing out, but your mistake is easy to fix."
Klavier was tense; he was tense for more than just the obvious reasons. Coming face to face with murderers everyday was nothing new to him, in the nine years since he’d started practicing he’d seen a lot of things. What made him tense, he did not know whether he was right or not, it was a foreign feeling and he didn’t much like it
