I'm not a happy camper...
Doctor: "You need to reduce stress in your life, that's important... Oh this stuff you need to get done you won't be able to for months."
Me: *stew*
Yeah so I need to see a specialist. The one my Dr. highly recommends I won't get a consultation with until 1/26... not treatment mind you, just a consultation. So I figure at that rate, treatment will be sometime in April. I'm so glad I pay for all this insurance I can't use because our health system is so backed up.
Bleh, healthcare sux, work sux, money sux (although in a bit of a different way than before), winter sux (and it's not even officially here yet). But destress! Yeah yeah... got any drugs for that Doc?
Eh don't mind me, says me. Just bitching. I need to have some fun. To do that I need to let myself have some fun (and remove myself from some of the stress causing stuff).
I may actually be more stressed right now than before I went to the Dr's office because I finally got myself in gear to try to take control of my health more and then to be told "wait". Wait for test results, wait for follow ups and consultation with the specialist, etc. But lower your stress! Thanks.a.lot......
