Roof somewhere in Fandom, Monday
Blossom had found the tippy top most part of a very high already place that was as close to an emo roof as she could get and was sitting there, trying to figure out a few things. Obviously it had been another of those weekends, and she'd been someone else. This time she'd been the Momoko who had lost Priestly.
(And wow she was totally glad she somehow hadn't seen him or Dean this weekend, the way the other woman had reacted to the doppelgangers she had met!)
She wasn't really sad, she wasn't really angry. She was just, well, emo; it was a lot to think about!
Luckily she had fewer apologies to make this time? They were bigger, though: what the other Momoko had done to Warren... That was going to be harder than when she'd had to apologize for trying to kill and eat Karla.
Blossom pulled an apple from her pocket and bit into it, chewing slowly as she pushed that horrible feeling aside and instead went back to thinking about what else she could remember of the weekend. She knew a little more about that Momoko, about what she'd done after leaving the island. Her life hadn't been as happily-ever-after as Momoko had assumed, meeting Boaz. She'd continued to hurt long after leaving the island and made both bad decisions and good ones in spite of that. She'd been sure of some things, changed her mind about others. Had friends, made friends, lost friends. Purposely put herself out to fix things she thought were her responsibility but weren't, fought just as hard for things that actually were... That Momoko was still working on her happy ending.
Could she do any less in this world?
