Under Orders
I promised a certain lady that id update so I am updating.
Lets just start with the end of last semester. I finished my classes and got a 3.1 this semester. A in CSC101 A in BRC220 B- in French and C+ in Brc108. I am happy with that.
I have been Volunteering at Moyers Corners Fire Dept with Pipes. I have done a little EMS and the fire stuff is really fun.
For the months of June and July I have been interning 2 days a week at WRVO. I stopped in August so I could have a little bit of a vacation.
Krockathon 11 wasnt the best. I did have a great time with Julie but for reasons that will not be mentioned I do not remember the majority of the day nor do I remember much of the music.
I worked at Kimbrook all summer and made a good amount of money right now im up to about a grand and thatll hopefully hold out for the rest of the semester.
I started my Firefighter 1 class and I did my first day of practical work. FOr our first day we wore all our gear and did some search and rescue work, some wall breaching and untangleing through the rope and sliding through a 30 inch pipe with a pole cutting it in half. I had a great time doing all of it.
Julie and I went on a great vacation. We went to Niagara Falls where we enjoyed a beautiful weekend by the falls in a beautiful hotel room. She was not old enough to drink so I bought her a bottle of wine and got myself some rum. We spent the entire trip walking around the city of Niagara and we have a great time(Pictures are avalible if curious).
Julie is back at school training to be an RA. I am here at home hanging around finishing up my last week of work. She is very excited for being an RA and I am excited for her. I am sorta excited for school to start but nervous too. THe classes are going to be a bit harder and I am not sure if I am where I want to be as far as my major is concerned. I am right now going to take the easy route and continue with what I am doing. I am doing my Firefighter 1 class for the rest of the semester and I am going to work my ass off and try and fit everything in my schedule that I have planned. Julie can see me 3 weekends a semester and I want to make the most of them. Hopefully this semester is better then the rest Chris is my room mate and he should do better then last year or ill kick his ass. Anyways all in all this was a great summer and I plan to enjoy myself this semester as best I can.
