Yay, The King's Speech won Best Picture, Director, Actor, and Original Screenplay! I know people have been bitching about how it's Oscar Bait, but honestly, I have to wonder how many of those people saw the film or at least paid attention during it. "The Triangle of Man Love?" Tom Hooper, I think you just created a new RPS slash fandom.

Actually, Colin Firth coined that particular phrase first! He had a very adorable acceptance speech for best actor at the Golden Globes, where her referred to his, Tom Hooper, and Geoffrey Rush's relationship as a "surprisingly robust triangle of man-love." I was really pleased to see it come up again in Tom's speech last night!

Really? I must have missed that part of his GG speech. But when Tom Hooper said it, I was like, "Oh, God, there will definitely be fic after that."

What's more is they referenced their mutual man-crushes on Oprah today. It was so cute!
