I am 20 today. Wow. I got Good Omens for my birthday and even though I haven't gotten very far yet, I already like it. I love Crowley---he's awesome, and he really reminds me of the fellow in my icon. I also got Dave Barry's History of the Millenium (So Far), and a wacky Halloween T-shirt with translucent sleeves that have spiders (and their webs) on them, and there's a crow in the bottome corner of the shirt that has "Nevermore" written below it. I asked my parents where they got it:
Me: Where did you get this shirt?
Parents: Wal-Mart. We already said that! I think my siblings were also talking when they did, though.
Me: Oh, I thought maybe you wandered into Hot Topic...
Mom: Can you really see us going into Hot Topic?
Me: Yes, and you're all wide-eyed...(everyone started talking at once)
My co-ed service fraternity has a meeting tonight, so I made chocolate chip cookies for them.
Today, in my creative writing class, my professor said that last night, she had a dream where Barack Obama was wearing a peach-colored polo and driving a minivan and talking to her about utilizing farmland. The scary thing is that I can see this happening.
