Please do not devote your Sports Section cover story to Albert Pujols and include quotes from him and Tony LaRussa saying that the fanbase is horrible and unfair and mean for being hurt and a wee bit mad when he decided to leave us for the Angels. That's like J2 saying, "We're leaving Supernatural to appear in a Twilight movie." Of course people were pissed. They've mostly gotten over it now. If he'd left the Yankees for the Angels, he'd never hear the end of it. Because believe it or not, Albert, you lucked out: Cardinal Nation is considered the nicest of the baseball fanbases. It could be so much worse.
I'd take SPN or Doctor Who wank over that any day. At least shipping wars don't jump out at you in the newspaper.
