Hmm, I just realized I've been trying a lot of new things lately.  And it's all 'cause of you wonderful people.  ;D  Okay, so here's my first attempt at stenciling.  I needed a bag for the HBP premier (which I will be seeing at 12:05 am and then again at 6:30 pm).  Gotta save money some how & bringing your own snacks is a must. * Sneak at your own ( Read more... )

A customer at the quilt shop I work at brought a bag similar to this in to the shop.  She explained how she made it and this bag is based on hers.

Gryffindor Tote Bag

Bag
Fabric A (Gold)  7 - 8" x 8"
                             2 - 6" x 6"  (cut in half diagonally to make 4 triangles)

Fabric B (Scarlet)  4 - 8" x 8"
