random question re: a book and author
Okay, so who was talking about or where was there talk about John Levitt (and his novel, New Tricks (or was it Dog Days?)) recently?
'Cause I'd swear I ran across some talk and it prompted me to pick up the book. Only I can't remember what or where the talk was, and that's slightly vexing.
Anyone?
I bought New Tricks, which turns out is the second book (but they're stand-alones, maybe?), and I seem to remember reading that it wasn't an issue, but can't remember where I read that. Vexing. Anyway, I'll get to it, eventually. 'Cause I also wound up buying a lot more books, too.
But Levitt's are set in San Francisco, and I like that. I mean, of course there's magic on the loose in San Francisco. Clearly. Explains everything, doesn't it?
Now, if only I could remember where I saw Levitt's work mentioned...
