You know what's fun? Singing "You've Got Another Thing Comin'", when you've slammed back a pint or five and don't really know the words. Oh, Rob Halford, I will do more justice to you in the future.
Life in Maine is pretty good so far. I'm fixing up my bike, and I wish I had a camera to show you all how awesome it is. It's a Japanese road bike from the '80s and it's hot pink and yellow - you can see it coming for miles, I tell you.
Also, tattooed people on the f-list: I have discovered that the combination of giant mirrored coke-dealer sunglasses and headphones means that, while people may be asking me asinine questions about my tattoos, I can't hear them and they can't tell if I'm making eye contact so they usually just give up. It is AWESOME - I can wear short sleeves and tank tops now without having to deal with shockingly invasive questions from strangers! I recommend it. Even if you have nothing to attach headphones to, just tuck the end into your pocket and people will be none the wiser!
