Finally, some good news at work
So I talked to the Line Producer today about the changes happening, with 2 PAs leaving and one being promoted. (*grumble grumble*) I said that with people moving around, and me taking on more responsibilities, it felt appropriate to talk about a raise. Turns out, I was already going to get one at the start of the third season...lol. It's another $50 raise, which isn't a whole lot, but then again it's another $200 a month which I can definitely use. I'll get it at January 30th at the latest, maybe even before.
That, and plus the fact that they hired someone to take over the personal assistant crap I've been doing, made today a slightly better than average day at work. She starts on Wednesday and I'm SO excited to not be doing personal assistant shit anymore. After tomorrow, it'll be someone else's headache. Hallelujah.
