SCUBA in Hupo
So two weeks ago I went SCUBA divinyg in Hupo. I went with two co-workers and although they and their wives were fun and interesting people I am relatively certain that the whole two day affair was an attempt to get me to speak English with their Childern with the promise of SCUBA diving. It was clear that the focus of the trip was fishing and soju and SCUBA was mostly an after thought, when the dive shop that we were supposed to use, but didnt have a reservation for, did not have room on their boat for us. We then proceeded to follow the coast until we finally found a dive shop where they let me dive right off the pier behind the shop... essentially their backyard. I mostly just floated and watched fish in the 3 meter water for about 35 minutes. Not worth the $50 they wanted but its something.
I am getting ahead of myself. By the time these pictures were taken I was still quite drunk from the night before. The night before we crashed in some unnamed friends nearly empty apartment drinking 15 bottles of soju between the three of us and talking progressive politics. They are Union members. The next morning they started drinking again at breakfast! I only opted for s bit of the hair of the dog that bit me, but by that time the site of soju turned my stomach.
All and all it was good times in la vida Coreo.
I would like to give a big congratz to emosnail for half way completing his challenge to create his own religion. i have already converted so he only needs two more converts in his comment section.
