Ow!
Really bad migrane today. My fingures in my right hand went numb one by one starting with my forefinger and moving to my pinking. Then the numbness moved down my hand to my wrist. Last night I had Cheese fries, a salad, and steak and shrimp fajitas, This morning all I had was a banana peanutbutter soymilk smoothy and some coffee. Also I had chocolate on an empty stomach. I feel like garbage.
