Well -- depends on what you mean by "on." The AO3 isn't set up for hosting, obviously, so vids aren't "on" the AO3 in the same way that fic is. But you can certainly create entries -- kind of like you would an LJ post, with info and links and whatnot, and people can leave comments or kudos or whatever. And apparently embedding actually is enabled, though not being publicized yet. God knows when I'll get around to actually editing my entries to include the embeds, but it's nice to know it's there.
