ANNIKA! Aw, she was so sweet. Well, actually she was sort of a doof, wasn't she? ::grin::

And it *is* simple . . . but yeah, it's really good. It is a bit tricky getting the proportions of ingredients right - it doesn't seem to come out the same every time ::grin::, but I have made batches that taste (to me) *exactly* like Tito's. And even when it's a bit different, it's still good.

Make sure to let it sit overnight, though. That seems to make a big difference in the flavour. Plus, I think it tastes better when it's cold.
