Five fitness goals:

1. Rock gym
2. Birkram yogaaaa- i have a class tomorrow at 5:30 pm. if i am dead, you know why
3. Swim 300 yds
4. McGuire's 5k Run
5. Zumbaaa

all very doable.

On week four of C25K. Two more weeks!
