I'm skipping Latin right now. It's no use going to classes (especially to those with tons of homework) not being prepared I guess. Well, I tried, I began two hours ago and the text is not to bad but anyhow, I'm just not motivated enough to listen to the class correcting the grammatical exercises which I haven't even started yet. If everything works out fine, I'll be able to copy both the new and the corrected texts on Monday from Maurice. Even if I got the new homework today, I wouldn't be able to start doing it this weekend anyway.

Yesterday, we had a day off (Corpus Christi), so after the choir, Juliane, Sabine, Monika, Christoph and myself left the pub around 1am and went to Juliane's flat share (never heard that in every day speech) and continued our conversations there. In the early afternoon, we went to the lido (never heard this either), dived for hair bands knotting together rings and hair clips and played Frisbee. I left around 5pm, showered off the chlorine (although the tap water in Gießen smells suspiciously of chlorine as well these days) and took the next train to Butzbach. Sabrina and her twin picked me up there and together we drove to Bad Nauheim and celebrated their belated birthday in an Irish pub. (Yeah, of curse we watched soccer there. I even agreed to accompany Sabrina to Frankfurt some day before the world championship is over. The atmosphere is said to be gorgeous.)

Plans for today? Finish this entry soon, do Latin homework and write an e-mail to Maurice, do the grocery shopping for the weekend, and spend the evening at Juliane's playing parlour games. It's a shame nobody seems to have TABU but we'll have fun even with hours of UNO. Then, tomorrow, work.

On a different note, I cheer for the new Naruto chapter. Kakashi's on board again! ♥

schattenstern? (A letter and a number for me? To make me finish Latin more quickly. ;-))
