so it worked, which i can still hardly believe. that was AMAZING! and everyone is back now! well, everyone who was capable of being brought back to life, i mean.
and i did it- i smote the bouncer! er, smited? whichever, i defeated him!
i think i'm going to keep this sword for a bit, if there's no problem with that. it looks rather spiffing hanging off my belt, and it is actually very useful. just this morning i used it to spread jam on my toast when there were no clean knives, for example.
and as Karkaroff pointed out, it is some sort of buccaneer day, so it is actually quite suitable.
Parvati, you wouldn't mind if i wore the sword on our date this weekend, would you?
