A letter to Matojo Furiey

I regret to inform you that there was an incident last night after you had left the meeting. One of our soldiers--a troll by the name of Tojoda, I believe--became involved in an altercation with a Forsaken. I have my suspicions, as there are rarely Forsaken on Thunder Bluff, but I will keep them to myself until further evidence confirms them. Mr. Tojoda sustained minor wounds to one hand, presumably from punching said Forsaken. He assures me that the Forsaken is still functioning. As I did not investigate I cannot confirm the veracity of this statement.
As I am as of yet unfamiliar with my role of Augur and uncertain how far my authority extends, I deemed it necessary to inform you of the situation. I leave it in your hands to deal with it as you see fit.
Another matter has been brought to my attention that I now bring to yours; Rynlan Dawnslight, one of our healers, was wounded in a previous battle. I am uncertain of the circumstances, nor do I feel they are pertinent. However, it has left one of his legs hobbled. He compensates for this with his staff and his levitation spell.
He is a more than fit healer, but as he mentioned last night, if he is somehow put in a position where he cannot cast he is a liability. He will not be able to run to safety with any speed.
My suggestion is not to remove him from the field, but rather to post him at base once it is established. Assuming our base will not be mobile, he is a more than capable healer and is adept at casting offensively should he need to aid in turning aside any humans that wander into our territory.
