Happy Easter! Well late ng konti but pwede pa rin naman diba. ^^
How are you doing? Kamusta work? Still mending other people’s hearts? How about yours? May naka bighani na ba ng puso mo (wtf my tagalog is crap, lmao)?
Dad just got moved to a normal room from ICU last week. He is still in a coma, but he’s improved a lot from before so we are hopeful he can recover. May 25% chance daw. We are holding on kahit na 1% pa yan. Please pray for him.
I’ve actually been busy since I arrived here. For some reason pumayag ang mga professor ko sa law school to just give me make-up projects for all the stuff I missed, and they were 3x harder than the actual projects, but nakaraos naman so at least I finished the term. Akala ko nasayang na yung isang sem. Whew. For the classes I taught I just gave my students a really easy paper to do (ang swerte nila haha kidding). Alam mo bang may wifi ang ospital dito? Para akong timang laging may dalang laptop at mga law books pag nagbabantay kay dad hahaha.
Kuya Dave (nameet mo kuya ko dati diba? Nung gumawa tayo ng project sa bahay. Lawyer na sya, sa Boston sya nagpa-practice ng law) asked me to start sorting out Dad’s papers so I’ll be preoccupied with that for the next few…weeks? Nakaka-depress sya actually. Pero dahil ako ang bum dito and my siblings want to be prepared for any eventuality … ewan ang morbid parin :(

Gahh I miss our cat. Andyan sya sa Manila naiwan kay Manang. Ang pangalan nya ay Kiko. Well yun ang tawag ko sa kanya. Pero syempre ang tawag sa kanya ni Mama, Piolo @_@ Baka si Manang Dingdong naman ang tawag.
