I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND MYSELF HEEL STRIKING WHILE BAREFOOT. TURNS OUT, IF YOU DON'T WANT BLISTERS YOU HAVE TO USE THE WHOLE SOLE SURFACE, TOE RUNNING JUST LEADS TO TORN SKIN IN SHORT ORDER. I GUESS I WAS OVERDOING THE WHOLE MIDFOOT/FOREFOOT STRIKE THING BECAUSE MY PROBLEMS SEEM TO HAVE CLEARED UP PRETTY QUICKLY.
