After cleaning out the kitchen and throwing old stuff out I ended up with the following list:

Yesterday I experimented with a walnut cake. I did two things different from my normal cake recipe.

1. I used slightly less sugar and added some maple syrup instead
   
2. I ground some nuts into fine parts and added these to the butter for a stronger nutt-flavour.

I got a paper from the energy supplier that they are going to replace the energy meter next Monday. I am still considering if I want to point out to them that the house will be deserted a month or two after we get the new meter or not. I'll probably not bother, since ignoring this will cost me less enerergy. I also did some shopping and I am baking ( Read more... )
