i'm a free agent once again. this time, though, i think i'm going to keep it that way, at least for a while. i'm done with dating men i wanna 'fix'....it's draining, and even when they change, it's never enough to satisfy me. i'd rather hold out for someone who's already who i want to be with. odd how this is such a novel concept for me.
my cousin mary's up from florida. she's moving back up here again. dunno how long it's gonna last this time, but i think she'll be able to stay long enough to gain her degree in horology (clockmaking). it's nice having her around, even if it is a bit distracting. but sometimes, we all need a little distraction, right?
my mother's been acting extra bitchy lately. needless to say, she and i haven't been getting on to well. i hope she takes that vacation to italy she was talking about. she'd be doing us all a favor.
