Here's at least four occasions where U.S. Rep. Joe Knollenberg has actively worked to thwart the will of his constituents in Michigan's Ninth Congressional District -- not to mention the greater good -- in favor of his blind loyalty to President Bush and the Republican agenda:
25 October 2007: Knollenberg (R-MI) voted yet again against re-authorizing the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) (source; clerk.house.gov).20 September 2007: Knollenberg voted against the Expanding American Home Ownership Act of 2007, intended to modernize and update the National Housing Act and more effectively reach underserved borrowers (source; clerk.house.gov).4 August 2007: Knollenberg voted against the Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Tax Act of 2007, intended to provide tax incentives for the production of renewable energy and energy conservation (source; clerk.house.gov).23 May 2007: Knollenberg voted against the Federal Price Gouging Prevention Act, intended to protect consumers from price-gouging of gasoline and other fuels (source; clerk.house.gov).
