FLIST, I need your input!
1. Probiotics! Lately I have been having the serious daylong gas pains, which got old REALLY FAST. I told a friend, who said, "Sounds like IBS. Start taking probiotics." So this morning on the way to work I ran in the store and got some
goodbelly, which I drank upon getting to work. Then my belly made weird gurgling sounds nonstop for about 15 minutes. Now (4 hours later) I feel sort of acidic, heartburny, and poisoned again. ALL THAT ASIDE, have any of you taken probiotics before? I did a couple of summers ago but didn't see much difference because I had a virus (note: a couple of summers ago, finding probiotics was NOT as easy as running into the grocery store and picking up a 4-pack of goodbelly).
2. MAKEUP! (said in your best Wizard People voice)
Summer is coming and I need makeup that will LAST. I am sick of bags under my eyes showing back up midday because the concealer has worn off, enhanced shadows under said eyes because eyeliner has migrated, etc. Recommendations for long-lasting, Texas-summer-proof makeup products?
Also, what's your favorite face powder? I've been using the Neutrogena minerals but am about out, and am open to alternates.
