I am offering: a package of homemade and carefully packaged French macarons in the flavor of your choosing. (macarons are delicate meringue like cookies made with nut flour--usually almond, and filled with a buttercream, ganache, or caramel--combinations limited only by one's imagination. I can make suggestions if needed.)

I am offering: a batch homemade vanilla sables (makes a lot of cookies)

Additional Info (optional): Sables are French butter cookies similar to shortbread, but with a slightly sandy texture. I use all organic ingredients. I worked as a professional baker after I finished my undergrad.

I am offering: Homemade caramels, box of 40 pieces. All regular, all chocolate, or a mix of vanilla and chocolate. The caramels are soft, rich, and made from a Martha Stewart recipe.

Additional Info (optional): I can do 5 of these (a batch of regular and a batch of chocolate make about 200 pieces of candy). I've had a bad experience shipping food outside the US, so US residents only. I will pay shipping. Or I can do a larger package for someone, if they want more in the box- I guess it would really depend on the interest and which method will raise more?

I am offering: 3 dozen oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (homemade) either full fat or with half the shortening replaced by applesauce. I've had people try to bang my door down when they knew I was making these (um, to get some, not to tell me to stop). beanpot and holdouttrout are among the many who can attest to the tastiness.
