Locals! I bring forth the plan for the barbecue on Saturday, via Steph (Steph A, for those needing clarification)...
Food will be ready at around 4pm- you can come earlier, if you so wish (just call ahead). Those of you who have given notice for arriving later, we've got you covered. The evening is BYOB, TIWYWYL (Take It With You When You Leave). It's also a movie night, so bring a few (a few!) options for viewing.
Steph is still thinking about the parking situation, but as long as you're not blocking a mailbox, you should be fine. If you're that concerned about it, call on the way over.

-cheese mashed potatoes
-cheese biscuits
-corn on the cob
-green bean salad
-fruit
-dessert (could be cheesecake or strawberry shortcake)
All of the above items are already being cooked/prepped by someone. If you'd like to bring something else, please tell me in a comment here (we need to know, for spacial purposes). If it's something that must be prepared on-site, please for the love of God give notice now (that kitchen will be rocking). We think we're covered on food and are trying to avoid the usual problem of having waaaaay too much crap, but if there's something you think we must have, let me know.
