looooong time
So, I thought I'd update.
I'm gonna be home in 12 days, and I am SUPER psyched. I'm very ready for the summer, and I'm very ready for Ohio in all it's boring glory.
Last weekend, Ariel, Lisa, Lisa's friend Janine and I all went up to Northumbria and Edinburgh for a weekend holiday. We did a horseback riding trip through the countryside and one on the beach at Holy Island. Then we went up to Edinburgh. It was gorgeous and so much fun!! Lisa got a bit ridiculous for a bit, but we all dealt with it. The 8 hour bus ride up and back also sucked...but it was cheap:)
I've started packing, kinda. I've organized my stuff, and I've just got to figure out how to fit it all into 3 suitcases... I've bought a TON of stuff--mostly souvenirs for other people, so don't think I'm selfish. Seriously, I think my carry on is gonna be all souvenirs. How sad is that? I've got to do laundry like ther'es no tomorrow...
Staci quit at Steiner's, so I'm doing her job over the summer till they hire somebody full-time. It's nice. Set hours, 12-5 every weekday, and I'll be filling in for other shifts on the weekends and nights and whatnot.
Nick and I aren't gonna see much of each other over the summer, but that's ok. He's going to Vegas, and I'm trying to make money for next year, when I live in my apt. I'm gonna take Sasha, this little calico kitty from my aunt's place, with me. She's so sweet, and definitely not a barn cat. I just need to get her vet checked:)
I'm done with classes, but I've got 3 papers to write. The longest is about 3000 words(about 10 pages), so I'm not too stressed. And, my grades don't count, it's just pass/fail. Again, not too stressed;)
I can't wait to come home! I want to hang out with everybody!! I'll be going down to Otterbein on Thursday when I get back and I'll be there until Sunday. Then I'm a working girl, but not in the hooker-sense. So, hope everybody is as excited as me!(prolly not)
