hello, it's me.
my heater is making noises that makes me wonder if my entire apartment may blow up at any minute. my landlady came to see it today and brought the man downstairs, who's ceiling is being ruined due to my leaking steam heater. he fixed it, but i'm still concerned. they spoke a lot in spanish and although i couldn't understand, i did pick up on a few words. that's what 4 months of entry level college spanish will give you: trabajo, agua, and bueso. good for me for picking up on that. yup.
i'm having a lot of trouble cooking healthy food for myself lately. it seems like all i really feel like doing is calling the number on the back of this menu and going to pick it up at the front door. i don't really want to get fat. if i had more ingredients and stuff in the house, that would be one thing. but unfortunately i just have a lot of oatmeal and iced tea drink mix.
my eyes are about to shut. (late) naptime for me.
