they showed the superbowl in the campus center here from 12-4am and i THINK girls were permitted to go, but I went to bed at 11:55pm. I don't watch the superbowl regularly and didn't even know who was playing against the bears. (the only reason i knew the bears were playing was because of all the guys at dinner yelling that the bears suck.) i did watch some commercials this morning though. hahaha. i like the two you put up, and the budweiser one with the english-learning class. those were my top three, fo' sho'.
wouldn't a girl who has a nice singing voice keep you awake with wonder, rather than put you to sleep? you'd have to find someone with an awful singing voice, so you'd stop listening by going to sleep! jk, haha don't want to make fun. i actually liked that paragraph. you boys are so sensitive and i like that.
its true, quality is more important than quantity with relationships. i heard a quote once that went along the lines of 'friendship is true when silence is comfortable.' also true that relationships should be conquests. (i don't really like that word though, because it's spanish counterpart has bad sexual connotations.) but it is true, every relationship takes work. sometimes friendships blossom without you even meaning for them to--that's a signal from God to get to know the person, but you have to make the effort from there.
ahh. i love these discussions. it's no wonder that the favorite question at gradeschool sleepovers was, "So who do you have a crush on?" and it was such a big deal to confess it. It's innate to want L-O-V-E and want to talk about it. and i haven't changed. i love these topics. 0=)
think "norah jones" soothing... that's what we were listening to on the way up...
sometimes, you see where a friendship goes without doing anything on your part... i think those friendships are the most amazing... anything that feels forceful is very intimidating, and quite taxing... a friendship should never feel like a task... although it "takes work," it shouldn't be like pulling teeth, persay... i agree though, with those unplanned blossoms...
