A High School Quiz
1) Where did you graduate from and what year? New Smyrna Beach High School - 1999
2) Were you there all 4 years? Yessir.
3) Was your Prom a night to remember? My Junior Prom was spent with three of my best friends. Dane and I wore tuxes with tails. It was fabulous. The only reason I even went to my Senior Prom was because I was on Prom Court and had to be there. I was not crowned Prom King.
4) What was your fav. song you danced to the night of PROM? I'm pretty sure I didn't dance at all during my Junior Prom, but I threw my inhibitions aside at my Senior Prom and had a blast.
5) Do you own all 4 Yearbooks? I have all but my Freshman year.
6) Do you remember the First CD you ever bought? Oh, this is so gay. The first CD I purchased was the original cast recording of MAME starring Angela Lansbury and Bea Arthur. Mind you, this was WAY before high school.
7)What was your fav. movie in high school? I'm sure I had a lot that I loved, but the movie I remember seeing the most during high school was Titanic. It was the big hit of my high school years.
8) What was your number 1 choice of College in HS? The University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music (and I was accepted!)
9)What radio station did you jam out to in high school? Oh, I'm sure I listened to 104.1, 107.7, 105.9
10) Were you involved in any organizations or clubs? International Thespian Society, Junior Class Steering Committee, Senior Class Steering Committee
11)What was your fav. class in high school? Drama, Musical Theatre, and English
12) Who was your big crush in high school? Wow, the first boy I ever had a crush on was Nick Barnes. He didn't go to my high school, THANK GOD!
13) Would you say you've changed a lot since high school? I would say so, yes.
14) What do you miss the most about it? I loved seeing my friends everyday.
15) Your worst memory of HS? Being "straight" and thinking I'd spend the rest of my life with Julie Powell. HAHAHA!
16) Did you have a car? No, actually, I didn't even drive until after high school.
17)What were your school colors? Red and Black--Go Cudas!
18) Who was your fav. teacher? Well, I certainly had a few, headed by Mrs. Seagraves who was my Sophomore English and Advanced English teacher. I also loved my chorus teacher Mrs. Keenan and my Junior and Senior year Drama teacher Mrs. Carlson.
19) Did you own a cell phone in high school? Nope.
20) Did you leave campus for lunch? Haha, the day Prom Court was announced, the entire court decided we were going out to lunch to celebrate. The Homecoming Court was actually taken out to lunch by the principal, but we weren't given the same special treatment. We almost got in trouble, but nothing ever came from it.
21) if so, where was your fav. place to go eat? We went to Clancy's Cantina.
22) Were you always late to class? Rarely. Only when my classes were on the complete opposite sides of the campus.
23) Did you ever have to stay for Sat. School? Once. It was silly.
24) Did you ever Ditch? I ditched class from time to time, and of course skipped on Senior Skip Day.
25) When it comes time for the reunion will you be there? Hmmmmmm...I don't know.
