Meal 1:
- 1/2c oats (+1/2 banana, wheat germ, chia seeds, CHB, coconut milk)
- 2 egg (+mushroom, soymilk)
Meal 2:
- Tam's Consitutional Muffin
Meal 3:
- Whole wheat shell pasta (+chicken, diced tomato, chia seeds, garlic)
- Whole wheat bread slice
- Salad (+baby spinach, carrots, croutons, almonds, honey mustard dressing)
- Coconut cacao tea (+truvia, soymilk)
Meal 4:
- Greek yogurt (+coconut milk, granola, frozen blueberries, dark choco chips, CHB, flaxseed)
Meal 5:
- Rosemary chicken (+mushrooms)
- Kale chips (+ketchup)
- Whole wheat english muffin (+butter)
- Green tea (+truvia)
I know I promised I wouldnt open another CHB until I was under 183, but my husband brought some to me last night with my banana, and I couldn't resist. I will only have it with oatmeal, yogurt and my protein pancakes, tho. I still won't be buying any new clothes until under 183. Only 5 more pounds!
Today is the start of me not doing boot camp anymore. I was concerned about over doing it, so Im hoping this will work out for me. I did Gilad's Arm routine, and also back with fairly light weights. And of course, Zumba. I almost didn't want to go, Im still sort of burned out from the 2 hours Zumbathon on Saturday!
I was at 192 this morning, but Im not too surprised. Lots of water retention from Saturday, plus Cheesecake Factory and wine! I will probably drop a pound or two by tomorrow, just from getting back into my routine. But this weekend, instead of wine, Im going to stick to rum shots, and save on sugar/calories!!
